The principle for decision of green electricity tariff？
     For electricity from renewable energy, its tariff implements issued price of government or issued price for bidding. The issued price of government shall be confirmed according to the principle which is beneficial to advance the utility and development of Green Electricity, the economical and reasonable principle, and the principle which puts apart reasonable room for profits. Recently, Green Electricity does not participate in competitive bidding in electric power market for a while, with the deepening of reform to electricity system afterwards, Shanghai shall establish and perfect competitive market of renewable energy.
     Through reducing revenue and providing allowance, the government reduces the cost of generation of Green Electricity in order to reduce the electricity tariff.
   



　
　

Pricing of Green Electricity and counting methods of purchase electricity charges？
     The purchase electricity charges which are required to pay by individual consumers are counted according to purchasing unit price of Green Electricity and purchase electricity capacity.
     The purchase unit price of Green Electricity is confirmed according to the margin between the average electricity price on website of Green Electricity and the electricity price on website shown on the mark post of coal turbines which are newly built by Shanghai. It is checked and ratified once by administrative department in charge of price control every year and publicized to whole society.
    The purchase electricity capacity is purchased by the way of voluntarily registration of consumers according to stated procedure.
　

   Encouragement measures？
    1、The Shanghai Energy Conservation Supervision Center publicizes list of consumers of Green Electricity to society termly, and issues certificates to consumers who purchased Green Electricity.
    2、For Consumers of Green Electricity who have a contract for at least two years and purchase more than 1 GWh and whose purchasing capacity of Green Electricity accounts for more than 10% of electricity consumption by principal products during the period of this contract, The Shanghai Development and Reform commission and The Shanghai Economic Commission jointly authorized the Shanghai Energy Conservation Supervision Center to grant logo of Green Electricity to them. The consumers who gains logo of Green Electricity may use logo of Green Electricity during purchase period.
    3、The Shanghai Development and Reform commission and the Shanghai Economic Commission jointly award the medal to those consumers who make outstanding achievements in purchasing Green Electricity.

    — During the generation of electric power by Green Electricity, it does not discharge waste water, waste gas and waste residues, and is beneficial to environment conservation.
    — Green Electricity does not need to consume fossil fuel; it is beneficial to sustainable utility of energy.
    — Heat power accounts for 75% of total electric power of China, the sustainable increasing of electricity consumption will make great pressure to environment and resources.
